Due to European hygiene regulations and the intimate nature of jewelry, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues once the product has been worn.

  • Manufacturing defects discovered upon arrival
  • Wrong item shipped by mistake
  • Damaged during shipping (must report within 48 hours)
  • Unworn items with original packaging within 14 days

You can order directly through our live shows on TikTok, Instagram, or via our website. During lives, simply comment "SOLD" with the item number and our host will guide you through the process.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at support@meliora.com with your order number.
